S.O.S. provided consulting services for the Provincial center for computer purchases on Wintel and Mac platforms. This included several states outside of Ohio. Training in computer operations were conducted at the Notre Dame site for 275 sisters.

Analyzed and designed the Bank Insurance program. This program was the foundation for their new Bank Insurance segment which provided the underwriter's with the basis for bank insurance approval. A complete department was built around this networking system. S.O.S. managed their first networking system and wrote this Bank Insurance program for the network. Progressive underwrote $20 million in six months with this program . |

Automated an Add/Delete function for mail program company-wide. Setup FTP scheduling to 33 Post Offices. Completed documents of E-Mail functions and setups. Cleaned up existing database program in MS Access. Downloaded data from mainframe system and formatted data for the PC programmed in Visual Basic and Access.
